Return & Refund
How do I start a return or refund request?
To start a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@zaqirox.com or through our Contact Us page.
Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, and a brief explanation of your request. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photos or videos so our team can review the issue more quickly.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
What is your return policy?
Zaqirox offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts.
Because our products are mobility support products used for personal daily movement, returned items must be in resalable condition unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will usually be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed to have a quality issue, Zaqirox may cover the return shipping cost or provide another reasonable solution.
For all other returns, including returns due to personal preference, wrong selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.
Can I exchange my item?
We may offer exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if an exchange is approved by our customer support team.
For non-defective products, exchange approval may depend on product condition, inventory availability, and return eligibility.

How do I choose the right walking cane?
When choosing a walking cane, you should consider your height, daily use scenario, comfort needs, portability, and whether you need additional features such as a built-in light or foldable design.
A good walking cane should feel comfortable in your hand, provide stable support, and match your daily lifestyle. If you are unsure which product is suitable for you, please contact our customer support team for general product guidance.
If you have a medical condition, recent injury, surgery, frequent falls, or specific mobility concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before choosing a mobility support product.
Is a walking cane suitable for me?
A walking cane may be helpful if you want extra support for everyday movement, such as walking around the house, going outside, shopping, traveling, or moving through low-light areas.
However, Zaqirox products are intended for general everyday mobility support and convenience. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation guidance, or prescribed mobility equipment.

How do I know if the cane height is right?
A properly adjusted cane should feel natural and comfortable when used. In general, the handle should be around wrist level when your arm hangs naturally at your side.
Your elbow should be slightly bent when holding the handle. If the cane feels too high or too low, it may affect comfort and support.

Should I choose a foldable cane?

How do I use the walking cane safely?
Before each use, please make sure the cane is properly assembled, adjusted, and locked into position. Check that the handle, body, height adjustment points, and base are secure.
Do not use the cane if it appears damaged, loose, unstable, cracked, or excessively worn.
Always use the cane on suitable surfaces and avoid using it in ways that exceed its intended purpose. No walking cane can guarantee prevention of falls, injuries, accidents, or loss of balance.
Can the cane be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes, Zaqirox walking canes are designed for everyday use in common indoor and outdoor situations, such as around the home, sidewalks, stores, parking lots, and travel settings.
However, use caution on wet, icy, slippery, uneven, or unstable surfaces. Always inspect the cane and base before use.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Zaqirox offers free standard shipping when you purchase 2 or more eligible items in the same order.
There is no minimum order amount required. Simply add 2 or more eligible items to your cart, and free standard shipping will be applied at checkout when available.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping may still require an additional fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination.
Standard Shipping usually takes 12–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Express Shipping usually takes 7–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time. Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Zaqirox ships to many countries and regions worldwide.
Available destinations may vary depending on carrier service, product restrictions, address type, customs rules, and checkout settings.
If your country or region is available at checkout, we can generally ship to your location. If your destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to that area.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your destination country or region.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not always included in the product price or shipping fee.

Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available.
You can also track your order through the “Track Order” page on our website by entering your order number and email address.
Please note that tracking information may take several business days to update after the package has been shipped.
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
If you do not see it, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. You should also make sure the email address used at checkout was entered correctly.
If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us at support@zaqirox.com with your name and order details.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zaqirox.com.
We will do our best to help. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our standard return process after receiving the package.
My package says delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, your local postal service, or the shipping carrier first.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@zaqirox.com with your order number and tracking information. Our customer support team will help review the situation.
Please note that Zaqirox is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.
What should I do if my package is delayed?

Our customer support team will help review the tracking status and assist with the next steps.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address information, remote delivery areas, or unexpected logistics disruptions.
