30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, clean, with all original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging included.
Because Zaqirox products are mobility support products used for personal daily movement, returned items must be in resalable condition unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, one or more of the following conditions must apply:

Warranty Information
Zaqirox products come with a six-month limited warranty.
During the warranty period, we may provide repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution for quality problems caused by defective materials or workmanship.

Return Shipping Fees
If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed to have a quality issue, Zaqirox may cover the return shipping cost or provide another reasonable solution.
For all other returns, including returns due to personal preference, wrong selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, shipping protection fees, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Zaqirox is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit when shipped by the customer.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
